The O110 is a mechanical arm support designed for individuals with moderate shoulder strength. The O110 is light as a feather but strong enough to give you a boost in the accomplishment of your daily activities.
Using the O110’s progressive compensation mechanism enables you to instantly reclaim the ability to do daily activities such as eating and drinking, brushing your hair and teeth, reading a magazine, working on a computer, etc. This arm support can also be used by people without limits in arm or shoulder function as an ergonomic support for performing repetitive tasks in the workplace.

Can I use the O540 on my wheelchair or at a table?
It can be attached to a manual or power wheelchair and to a desk or table. It easily moves from wheelchair to table.
Can I use the O110 with my arm that controls my joystick?
Yes.
Does Medicare or Medicaid cover the arm support?
Medicare may cover the O110 and Medicaid has covered the device.
Does my private insurance plan cover this arm support?
Many private insurers have covered the O110.
If my order is denied after the initial submission, is it worth it for me to appeal?
Most O110s are approved with the initial submittal but we encourage you to appeal any denial. The success rate is quite high.

How do I try the O110?
We will ship an O110 to your therapist for you to try. If the device is appropriate for you, the therapist will send a Letter of Medical Necessity to your wheelchair provider for submittal to your insurer. So just contact us or your therapist to set up an evaluation.
