Free Service for a Lifetime
In a major break with the rehab industry, Partners in Medicine now offers free, unlimited service for the lifetime of a client’s device. During the 5-year life span for each of our upper limb mobility devices we will quickly repair or replace parts at no charge to the client or their insurer. We have a three-part service plan depending on type of device or repair issue:
- Use our remote internet communication system to immediately diagnose and repair the device.
- Ship a loaner device to the client’s home along with a prepaid shipping label to send their unit to our US service center for repair.
- Fly a field representative to the client’s home to make the repair.
By providing this service for free we can avoid the delay in getting funding approval for the repair and can get the client up and running very quickly. Clients can contact us anytime – we work like our clients live – 24/7!
Free Family Advocacy Program
We know that the process for getting an assistive device can be confusing, frustrating, and difficult to navigate. We’ve created a dedicated Family Advocate that is there to help you every step of the process, particularly when it comes to appealing a claim to your insurance company.
