Our mission

It’s simple.

We have one mission – to make upper limb mobility devices standard of care in the United States. We match this mission with unparalleled support and service to be not just a provider, but a true partner and advocate for our clients.

TRANSFORMATIONAL TECHNOLOGY

Our devices

A robotic arm that opens doors previously closed to those with limited upper-limb mobility. A rehab robot that transforms outcomes for those dealing with extended recovery, while easing physical stress and injury for clinicians. Arm supports that lift a user’s arm from their lap to its natural range of motion. These are just a few of the incredible devices distributed by Partners in Medicine.

UNPARALLELLED SERVICE

More than a provider – a partner

Once you partner with us, we will take care of you, offering free service and repair up to the lifetime of each of our devices (five years). Our Product Specialists are your partners and advocates on your journey to obtain a device and we will fight for you with our free family advocacy program. HOW IT ALL BEGAN

The story behind Partners in Medicine

In 2009, Ron Borgschulte decided to leverage his education in engineering and international business with his experience in medical devices to create Partners in Medicine. The company looks for foreign-manufactured, cutting edge technology that is not available to the US medical community. Partners in Medicine then imports, markets, sells, and services these medical devices to US customers including end users, clinicians, and hospitals. Foreign manufacturers are able to widen their market while US clients receive the benefit of the world’s best technology from a trusted US source.

“I catch myself doing things I couldn’t do before without even realizing what I am doing…Eating and drinking is the most dramatic improvement. It feels like I am able to do more new things each week. It’s the little things—nuances and simple pleasures—that bring a sense of normalcy and delight!”
